Uh - not- iks
Tuesday, June 5th, 2007What is an Anautics? How do you pronounce it? For all of you who are among the countless people who have asked these questions, the answers await.
When I founded Anautics (uh – not– iks), Inc. in 2000, my goal was to create an employee-embraced software company specializing in innovative Web-based solutions. In case you didn’t know, in the dictionary/thesaurus (even Google) there were no entries for Anautics, which [at the time] I actually preferred. Because of this, we had a blank slate; something that could be defined through our process execution and the products which we produce.
For Anautics, I believe there are 5 keys to our success that every person who is a part of what we are doing should take very seriously:
- Produce high quality products and services;
- Execute projects in a timely, yet innovative, fashion;
- Only hire up: 8s hiring 9s, 9s hiring 9s, etc.;
- Create and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction;
- (management) Your employees are your greatest asset.
Based on the success that we have seen over the last few years, I would say our team of professionals has successfully fulfilled and continues to maintain these ideals. I don’t want to make my first entry too long; I only aim to give a synopsis of our past, because I believe it’s the best way to predict our future.
Check back here every friday for at least one new entry into our corporate blog. Who knows, some weeks we may even have two.
